(2) The terms “You”, “Your”, “User” or “Client” refer to anyone using and/or visiting the Website and/or purchasing something from us.
(3) “Artwork” means the pieces of art/artwork/products/prints which a Buyer agrees to buy from the Artist using the Website.
(4) “Buyer” means the person and/or organisation who uses the Website and may buy Artwork.
(5) “Intellectual Property Rights” means any patent, trademark, service mark, copyright, design right, registered design, any contract or database rights, know-how, confidential information or process, any application for any of the above, and any other intellectual property rights recognised in any part of the world, whether or not presently existing or applied for, which are held by the owning party.
(6) “Order confirmation” means the email confirming the Buyer’s order and will confirm such details as what the Artist has agreed to supply, the price, and the expected delivery/supply date.
(7) “Standard Delivery” means a method of delivery using a carrier approved by us, which is insured to at least the value of the sale price for the Artwork being sent and for which the carrier obtains a signature upon delivery to show receipt.

(10) “Working days” means any day Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, excluding all public and bank holidays in Albania.
2. CONDITIONS
(1) These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Website and the purchase of Artwork.
(2) Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to affect any Buyer’s rights as a Consumer.
(3) We reserve the right to update, modify, or change these Terms at any time, and it is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions which apply at the time of your order. We also advise you to print these Terms as soon as you have placed your order.
(4) Any new Artwork, features or tools which are added to the current Website shall also be subject to the Terms and Conditions.
(5) You can review the most current version of the Terms and Conditions at any time on this page.
(6) Our store is hosted on Tilda.cc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
(7) Any queries must be in writing to info@photostud1o682.com.
3. ARTWORKS
(1) The Artworks for sale are displayed on the Website. The details such as size, paper print, price, type of Edition (Limited or not) are also displayed on the Website. For any other question, you can contact us directly using the Contact form available on the Website or writing an email to info@photostud1o682.com
(2) All artworks are sold as unframed prints. No frame is or will be included.
(3) All prints are made-to-order.
(4) Slight variations (up to 2 mm) may occur in the final print size.
(5) We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear in the website. But unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate, and the actual appearance of a product may not match exactly what is shown. Colors may vary due to different monitor calibration.
(6) You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, or display in high resolution any artwork from this website.
(7) Until full payment, the delivered prints shall remain the property of Photo Stud1o682.
4. LIMITED EDITIONS
(1) Limited edition prints are produced only in fixed quantities.
(2) Usually, but not always, there are only 15 pieces for one size. Example - only 15 prints for size A2, and only 15 prints for size A3+.
(3) Once the Limited Edition is sold out, the prints will no longer be available.
(4) All prints are numbered (e.g. 1/15) and signed personally by the artist. The inscription is done with a pencil.
(5) The exclusive essence of a limited edition print raises its value.
(6) The price includes shipping costs to all countries in Europe.
5. COPYRIGHT
(1) All copyright remains the property of Anna Petrova Ilieva-Alikaj.
(2) Any reproduction (copying), dissemination, leasing, display in high resolution on the web, public exhibition, or other analogue or digital use is not permitted. However, you can resell the print as private property.

6. ORDERS
(1) You can order an artwork print only online following the Website guidance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
(2) By submitting an order, you accept the prices stated on this website and full payment. Once your order has been accepted, you will be provided with an order confirmation e-mail. If the e-mail has not arrived, please check the Spam box.
(3) For your own protection, we recommend printing out the order details and the Terms and Conditions at the time of order.
7. PRICE AND PAYMENT
(1) The price of the Artwork is displayed in EURO. The price is displayed on the Website at the time of purchase. The price that you will pay will be confirmed in the Order Confirmation.
(2) The price is paid in advance before the Artwork is despatched.
(3) Shipping is included in the price for all orders within Europe.
(4) We will send you an email with courier details, including shipping information and a tracking number.
(5) Payments to us are made in accordance with the order process on the Website, which outlines the current payment methods that the Website accepts. By using any payment card or method, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Users may be asked to provide additional information, such as specifying personal data (for example, your address), so that we can fulfill an order.
(6) Photo Stud1o682 reserves the right to change prices for any artworks when and if it deems necessary.
8. DELIVERY
(1) Delivery is arranged by us to the address, as provided by you on the Order Confirmation.
(2) Delivery times are only estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for late delivery or for courier delays.
(3) Multiple pieces of Artwork will be despatched individually.
(4) You are responsible for ensuring delivery information is accurate.
(5) Free shipping applies to all orders within Europe.
(6) Delivery of Artwork will usually be by a service which requires a signature (must be someone aged 18 or over) on receipt. Your signature, or that of someone on your behalf, confirms receipt of the Artwork and also the state of the package received.
(7) When you receive your order, it is your responsibility to carefully inspect both the packaging (before opening) and the artwork for any damage. If there is any damage, we strongly recommend that you sign the shipment "Received Damaged" and take several photos and/or videos before opening.
(8) If the artwork is damaged, please email us with details within 24 hours, including photos and/or videos, at info@photostud1o682.com.
9. REFUNDS & RETURNS
(1) If there is a problem with your order, such as wrong Artwork or any Artwork is faulty or missing, then contact us directly using the “Contact” form available on the Website or email us at info@photostud1o682.com.
(2) When you receive your order, it is your responsibility to carefully inspect both the packaging (before opening) and the artwork for any damage.
(3) If there is any damage, we strongly recommend that you sign the shipment "Received Damaged" and take several photos and/or videos before opening.
(4) If the artwork is damaged, please email us with details within 24 hours, including photos and/or videos, at info@photostud1o682.com.
(5) Customers have the right to reject some Artwork. Our policy lasts 10 working days. If 10 working days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
(6) Eligible for a return - your purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. That means it must be in the original packaging.
(7) To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
(8) Refunds (if applicable) - we will send you an email once your return is received and inspected. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
(9) If you are approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
(10) Late or missing refunds (if applicable). If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank company; it may take some time before your refund is officially visible. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
(11) If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us via email at info@photostud1o682.com.
(12) Condition not applicable for refunds.
(12.1) Any print not in its original condition, is damaged for reasons not due to our error or courier error
(12.2) Sale prints. Only regular priced prints may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale Artworks cannot be refunded.
(13) Exchanges. We only replace artwork if it is damaged during transport. If you need to exchange it for the same Artwork, send us an email at info@photostud1o682.com.
(14) To return your product, you should e-mail info@photostud1o682.com.
(14.1) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your purchase.
(14.2) Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
(14.3) You are eligible for a refund only if you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
(15). Refunds are made within 14 days of the date the Artwork is received, using the same payment method that you used to pay us.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
(1) The Website and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of photostud1o682.com.
(2) The Website is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
(1) In no event shall photostud1o682.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of:
