REFUNDS & RETURNS
(1) If there is an issue with your order — including incorrect, faulty, or missing artwork — please contact us using the Contact form on the Website or via email at info@photostudio682.com
(2) Upon delivery, you are responsible for carefully inspecting both the outer packaging (before opening) and the artwork for any signs of damage.
(3) If damage is suspected, we strongly recommend signing the delivery as “Received Damaged” and documenting the condition with photos and/or videos before opening the package.
(4) In the event that the artwork is damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including clear photos and/or videos of both the packaging and the artwork.
(5) Customers have the right to reject an artwork within 10 working days of delivery. After this period, refunds can no longer be issued.
(6) To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. That means it must be in the original packaging.
(7) Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
(8) Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
(9) If approved, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a 10 business days.
(10) If you have not received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account and/or contacting your bank company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

(12) The following conditions are not eligible for refunds:
(12.1) Artwork returned in a condition different from that in which it was received, or damaged for reasons not attributable to us or the courier.
(12.2) Sale items. Only regularly priced artworks are eligible for refunds.
(13) Exchanges are only offered for artworks damaged during transport. To request an exchange for the same artwork, please contact us via email at info@photostud1o682.com

(14.1) Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
(14.2) Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted.
(14.3) We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as refunds can only be processed upon confirmed return delivery.
(15) Approved refunds will be issued within 10 business days of receiving the returned artwork, using the original payment method.
